Reflections

This project has provided me with valuable experience for future design research. I will continue to build on my strengths, while also addressing areas for improvement. For instance, due to my lack of experience in evaluating effective HMW (How Might We) questions and POVs (Point of Views), I spent more time during the ideation phase than necessary. I plan to overcome this by studying how other designers approach problem framing and ideation.

Additionally, when creating the mid-fidelity wireframes, I realized that my initial site map had flaws, requiring me to revisit earlier steps for corrections. This experience taught me that as long as I have valid reasons and enough time, I should not hesitate to make changes, even if it means revisiting previous stages.
