User Interview Analysis

The Problem:
I identified several friction points where the design felt counter-intuitive, triggering a desire to exit the flow. The current interface suffers from information overload—the density of text and visuals caused immediate “cognitive fatigue”, leading to a loss of interest.
The Solution:
My goal is to realign the onboarding experience with user intuition. The core strategy is simplification: removing non-essential elements and replacing heavy-handed instructions with “lightweight” guidance and seamless flow optimization. Crucially, we will eliminate forced full-screen takeovers to give users a sense of control.
Since the actual setup is straightforward, most friction stems from iOS system prompts which can cause hesitation. To counter this, we will move away from forced navigation in favor of user autonomy. By encouraging exploration and the “joy of discovery”, we can build trust and transform a tedious setup into an engaging, self-directed experience.
Standardized user guidance with blue visual cues to prevent users from getting lost on the page.
Simplified button copy for starting and ending tutorials to be more straightforward.
Refined the copy from the question "Should I buy this?" to a more composed and direct "Compare Price."
Updated "36% off" to "Saved $60" for a more intuitive display of value.
Enhanced the store filtering experience.
